Peterbilt 520 - McNeilus ZR "Mini" Garbage Truck
Вставка

- Well, here's a rather interesting little truck - a Peterbilt 520 with a "mini" McNeilus Zero Radius body, seen here collecting some residential compost! While there are certainly a fair few McNeilus ZR videos floating about on UA-cam, I believe this may be one of the first "mini" ZR to find itself on film. Despite the hopper being roughly the same size as the body itself, this truck still manages to look aesthetically pleasing and "proportionally correct" and it was definitely neat to catch it handling such an interesting variety of carts as well. Also of note, this is the first Peterbilt 520 that I've managed to catch a full-length video of, as well as the first ZR I've filmed with the new reinforced hopper, so it's definitely kind of neat to finally have those "checked off my list" so-to-speak. Anyways, hope you all enjoy and thanks for watching!

As always, a huge thank you goes out to this outstanding driver!

mini ZR's are so neat! Great for tight areas. Pretty cool to see it on all those old carts too!
I love the truck its cool to see one and the old OttOs and toters
Love that single axle packer! I drive a peterbilt single axle recycling truck with no packer sadly!
Great video! It was awesome to see a Zr do so well with all those old toters and stuff.
I drove that truck a couple weeks ago on his Tuesday route. It's a fun truck to operate
@V Pipe get banned

peterbilt 520 McNeilus ZR Mini Garbage Truck
What a neat little truck! Really liked the flip up door, not very common paired with a ZR. I saw that jay got to drive this truck or a twin to it. I hope you can film him one day! Keep up the great videos man!

@V Pipe you literally called your ass cool that’s gay
Nice looking route! At 2:18 was the driver worried about hopper the 32 Toter? Noticed he skipped all the 32s. Nice to see him taking the manual bins! Nice skills at 5:00 and 5:30! northwest refuse filmed crocodiles in this area? Also I like your intro song, do you have any full songs you make published?
I'm pretty sure those 32s were for trash, since here residents use stickers to label their carts.

I like the way it grips
Gotta ask because around my area it's never seen what's with the single rear lift axle in the back? does it steer or just for weight
It's just for weight, I believe mostly just used while in transport to the dump site.
