Hey, I was cleaning MAF sensor on my car using MAF spray cleaner and set it aside to dry. Before I connected it back, I needed to turn on the ignition of my car, but not start it. After I connected MAF sensor and started the engine, I noticed "check engine light". I immediately remembered the above and connected the scan tool. The error code was about MAF sensor circuit which is fine and then I erased the code. All was good. When I scanned for a code again, there were no more codes, but when I look at freeze frame data, it still shows the history of the error. How can this be removed? Will disconnecting the battery on my 2010 Honda Fit/Jazz erase history that is stored under freeze frame data?
