Hope Vidit can raise his form for the candidates
Getting Queen trapped again! Must be like reliving yesterday's painful loss! Hope he recovers for the candidates!
Felt bad for VD but Parham Maghsoodloo has came a long way . He had very bad performance in past tournaments like Grand Swiss ,chennai masters , world rapid and blitz.
His performance in Grand Swiss was actually very good, he finished 6th.
We support vd yaar i hope he does well in candidates
Vd is a great player but the problem is players like fabi and ian have played too many candidates and are much better in classical time formats especialy the candidates time format .
Crazy how VD never cared about queen trap when both knights are on the prawl

seriously vidit needs to control his emotions, he was almost crying in the middle of the match after all he is a experienced player and every player goes through these patches and the least we would like to see from vidit is he controls his emotions during difficult matches.

Vidit would just want the tournament to stop😢.... Have been following him since a long time... Usually his bad tournaments are like 1 loss and all draws... But 3 losses must be unbearable.... People making a jk about it should know nobody wants vd to win more than he himself. I hope he just rests before the candidates becoz vd in his usual self would never make these mistakes.

@@BurstBlips Bhai we all know Vidit is a very strong player. It's just that he fumbles in tournaments. It hurts to see him like this. Don't give me the example of Grand Swiss. That's an exception. Hopefully he will prove me wrong and play amazing chess in the candidates.

Chess is sometimes sad... but, I believe you Vidit... Force in the Candidates
Vidit's rating says how good player he is in classical chess, however one must not underestimate the aggressive attack of Parham. Parham always tries to be creative on board and take his opponents out of their comfort zone. Vidit should appreciate his play rather than taking hard on himself after all it is just a game. All big players go through a rough patch.
these blunders in a classical game are inexcusable. Happening with prag,gukesh as well. I hope they can pull up their socks before candidates and play to their full potential

First time, I saw VD so depressed. I think that VD should take it easy. Chess is very stressful game and keeping calm at the crucial moment is the key. He blundered at the end due to time crunch. He should remind himself that it is just a game. Taking the game too seriously could harm his mental health. I am sure he will come back in candidates. Best luck.
