- प्रेगनेंसी के दौरान किसी का पेट ज्यादा बड़ा और किसी का कम क्यों दीखता है? कभी कभी ऐसा होता है की Pregnancy में किसी महिला का पेट ज्यादा बड़ा और किसी का कम दीखता है जब ऐसा होता है तो परिवार वाले या relatives महिला को बोलते है शायद की बेबी की ग्रोथ कम हो रही है इसलिए पेट कम दिख रहा है। क्या ये सच है? इस video में Dr Supriya Puranik (Test Tube Baby Consultant & Practicing genecology since 20 years) हमें विस्तार से इस विषय के बारे में जानकारी दे रही है।
स्त्रियोंको ये समझना चाहिए की पहले 12 हफ्तों तक baby bump दिखाई नहीं देता। जब तीन महीने हो जाते है तब धीरे धीरे uterus grow होने लगता है। जिन महिलाओंका वजन तेजीसे बढ़ता है उनके शरीरमे fat ज्यादा accumulate हो जाने के कारण baby bump जल्दी दिखाई देता है। जब तक Pregnancy का आधा समय नहीं होता तब तक baby bump नाभि तक ही सिमित रहता है।
जब महिलांए पहली बार pregnant रहती है तब उनके पेट के muscles tough होने के कारण babybump अंदर की तरफ बढ़ता है और बहार ज्यादा दिखाई नहीं देता।
Baby bump दिखाई देता है वो बोहत सारे factors पर depend करता है जैसे की पेट के muscles का tone जो exercise करने से अच्छा रहता है और पेट ज्यादा बड़ा नहीं होता। कभी कभी पेट में बेबी के आजु बाजू में जो पानी जमा होता है वो ज्यादा रहता है तो हमें गलतफैमी होती है की बेबी की growth अच्छी है। जब महिलाएं दूसरी बार प्रेग्नेंट रहती है उनके पेट की tone पहली प्रेगनेंसी की वजह से कम हो जाती है और शुरू से ही पेट ज्यादा बड़ा दिखने लगता है।
महिलाओंको ये ध्यान रखना है की कभी भी अपना Baby बमपदूसरी महिला से compare करना है क्युकी इसके कारण अलग अलग हो सकते है। जब प्रेगनेंसी से पहले sonography करते है तो वो machine भी होनेवाले बेबी का accurate weight नहीं बता पाता।
ये सब बाते हमें ध्यान में रखनी है और कोई भी गलतफैमी मन में नहीं पालनी, अधिक जानकारी पाने के लिए पूरा वीडियो देखे।

I can't tell you how worried I was in ma'am because I haven't had a single ultrasound yet, in the first trimester I couldn't get my ultrasound done and When I went for ultrasound, they told me that your 5th month is about to start and now you should have level 1 ultrasound, you come after 2 weeks and get anomaly scan done because of level 1 There is no use now. And even my baby bump is not visible, so I was in a lot of tension whether my baby is right or not, your video has removed all my worries, thank you from the bottom of my heart ma'am।।

All are getting over concerned but my doctor has checked my reports, and everything is alright with the grace of God. This is my 1st pregnancy. Am following good diet & pre pregnancy my core muscles were quite strong. May be that's why my belly bump is not that large. Surprisingly I have gained 12kg so far.
