On the back of my Jaclyn Hill Morphe Palette, it says the colors. It is not the same as yours. I ordered it from Ulta for 38.00 USD and it does not look like yours. Is is because the packaging is different in other countries? I'm freaking out!

I have been wanting this palette ever since it came out and I was very excited :) As soon as I opened it up, I immediately saw all of the signs of a fake palette. I hope I can get a refund as soon as possible, because I haven't used or touched any of the eyeshadows. I'm just really upset because that was the one thing I wanted and we don't have enough money to get the real one. The thing is, the moment we don't have enough money, Beauty Bay restocked them. Ugh so frustrating!! 😂😫

Im trying to figure out, when exactly did they change the formulation/ ingredients to this palette. Trying to see if i can find an authentic one cause i've seen many discussing how Morphe changed ingredients in them and now they dont perform the same as the original palette that first launched.
Mine has the colors on the back of the pallet and it didn’t come with the colors on a paper like everyone else’s. I got it for a birthday gift from amazon.com there also, was no pictures of Jaclyn anywhere. Is mine fake??

What can you do if you buy a fake palette? Also what can you do if someone is selling fake makeup in your area...I’ve spent a ton of money and was duped with all of it :(
If they were purchased on ebay you can report the sellar to ebay, i am not sure about the person in your area? You can maybe report them to trading standards. I hope this helps hun 💕💕

They seem to change them when they came out with the repackaged palettes.

Normally the only place you can buy the real one is morphe or beauty bay! Does it have JH2 in the corner?. 💕💕

I ordered the 39A, straight I knew it's fake. Contacted seller on eBay, sent immediately refund and contracted eBay that they are selling fake.
