I take you guys along with me in a come thrift with me vlog to Savers, we thrift, find oodles of gems, and then head back home to see all of our treasures in an amazing thrift haul! Today’s video is a fun one + I hope y’all enjoy!!!

Jessica- Thank You for Properly wearing a mask and social distancing- I dunno what it’s gonna take cuz there are TONS of COVIDIOTS in my Salv Army with masks below their noses which render them ENTIRELY USELESS. I used to say things politely on the regular but the responses got increasingly aggressive and when I told a woman she needed to “cover her nose” she went full psycho and tried to physically assault me (people were filming it).
As a RN it pains me to Not Say Anything but it’s got bloody dangerous.

Hi Jessica! Great video (as always-I watch all of your videos!) with LOTS of great finds! I likewise recently thrifted a black leather blazer that looks like it has hardly, if ever, been worn! I am not big on buying first-hand leather, but thrifted, that is a different story for me personally! I LOVE a good belt as well, and high waisted pants scream for belts (truly it is deafening!) and I have been listening! Most of the belts I thrift cost $1.99!.
I think it is great that you are such an avid, die-hard thrifter! I also believe in reusing, sustainability, and treating our earth in the best way we can-thrifting does all three of those things! However, I also love thrifting because I am unable to work and try hard to watch ALL my pennies! I have been having SO much success at our local Goodwills on $1 Sundays! I am thrifting for my MIL and other family members as well! Honestly, there is not much I enjoy more than a good thrifting treasure hunt-so when I talk about thrifting to my friends, family, church and community folks, I do so because I believe it in so completely! I am so proud of my daughter especially, because she has three beautiful children who she dresses head to toe in thrifted finds...they look adorable and my daughter can then put money into life experiences and special trips that they share as a family! I have lost quite a bit of weight this past year (not trying!🤪) and needed an entire new wardrobe! It is so much fun to thrift for it, especially when I end up with pieces that are beautiful and unique, AND I remember wearing similar pieces many moons ago! 😁. God bless! After being evacuated with the Peace Corps because of COVID and 8 months of unemployment and job hunting, I have finally started my new job this week continuing work in youth development and will be moving to NYC in December, so I'm really excited to move forward finally! Honestly love thrifting videos especially during the Fall and Winter where there are a ton of oversized gems 😍 super excited about this giveaway! I’m also excited to be able to roam around thrift stores again around London once everything settles a bit over here (we’re currently on a 2nd lockdown). I LOVE thrifting! I’ve just recently starting getting addicted to buying bedsheets and curtains and sewing clothing items out of them! I recently made my first dress and I’m so surprised with myself 😅

I honestly enjoy watching your thrifting videos so much. What I’m truly looking forward to after covid, is going back to my class and teaching my middle schoolers on campus. It’s true what the saying states, “ you never know what you have till it’s gone” I’m a special ed teacher, and the support of the staff, the face to face experience is truly unappreciated by many! Especially in this field, I want to be able to help my special education students go through and grow through these obstacles and stigmas they go through everyday, but it’s so difficult during these times! In a little over a week my husband finally gets to come home from deployment! He’s been gone since February and was supposed to be home in August but because of COVID it got extended. I’m just so thankful he will be able to be home with our kids and myself for the holidays!

I’m extremely excited for the next couple months, I have started the process within my state to become a certified Pre-K teacher. As a mother of a 3 yr old it’s been a struggle handling school and keeping my lil active. I’m thankful that my state offers amazing opportunities to start the process of teaching while I’m still in school. Long post sorry, but honestly been super excited about working with kiddos. ❤️
