"Queen" !!! 😁 Yes, she is THE Queen of french modern pop. I was in this concert, 2009 the 11 and 12th september. The beginning, at 9PM (after a first part : bresilian dancers - I don't remember exactly) was great when she began to sing on top of light stairs ! After.. when saturday all people suddenly sang "happy birthday" after the song "Rêver" I was crying - full of emotions. A real emotion. But all the concert was an incredible mix of joyce and dreams. 🤩

Hi, we are coming to Paris in 2023 to see Mylene even though we don't speak French we still love Mylene Farmer's songs.
I saw this in Geneva in 2009 at her very first stadium show ever. The man in the video later dated her friend Natalie Reims, a French author. The song and the video (the song is her conversing with death, her querying him) just worked so well with this modern performance in the back (these two figures almost wrestling with a conflict and resolution, plus the movements, costumes, visuals, how it's filmed).
And yes: That moment when the backdrop had the man standing like a cross or crucified person and her doing the same with the back to the audience (them ligning up before he becomes this abstract cross shape)... it hit so hard!!! Plus the skull and cross hairconstruct on the back of the head. The dress was btw. light blue in the indoor venues and white (nicer I think) in the stadiums.
