I think they dropped this feature in a recent update -- I just see Color, Typography, and Advanced under group now (and layout isn't under Advanced) - no layout features at all. Is there a setting I need or has this changed?
@@kayleeoconnell6163 What is going on here? I was so happy when I saw that there was a solution for editing padding! So what is the update on this? How does one do it? I was about to do this in the cusomizer with custom CSS, however, that seems to be gone as well? 1. How to change paddings on current updates? 2. How to add custom CSS?
I found this reply which helped me find the padding: Took me a little while to find it too but the advanced has moved to styles. The icon for styles is the circle with one half black and the other half white. You probably figured it out by now but figured I'd post this for the next person.
Hey Aaron, I have a page that I made into 2 columns, in order to center my content in the WordPress Block Editor. I each section in the 3 columns and there are far too many spaces between each of the content. Some Blocks contain Custom HTML. So, here's my questions: 1.) Can I group the center column and repeat the process you did, in order to remove the giant spaces between the column blocks? 2.) Can the padding for Custom HTML Blocks be adjusted too? Thank you in advance, Trish

@@christopherschopf2438 While this was helpful, WP seems to still be doing something weird. I went in to the 2022 theme on my site, and padding was set to zero in styles -- which isn't possible, as there are 124px of whitespace between the bottom of the header and the top of the next block! Both blocks, header and the columns have zero padding, which means something else is going on when we're trying to reduce the awful amount of empty space in these templates. Just terrible UX overall, really.
