Fairly Oddparents: A New Wish [Secret Fairy Au] Gacha Life 2 [Original & A New Wish Theme Mashup]

- (I was inspired by the animatic by KatyKris to make this video, now for the lore! Sorry for any spelling errors)
Dev once went with his dad to a fancy party where in attendance were a bunch of influential people. One of them was Mr. T, also nicknamed the Fairy Godfather because of how many people (children and adults) all around the world he helped and gave hope to.
Mr. T is famous for starting many charities, like the One More Wish foundation (like the irl Make a Wish foundation) and opened many funded hospitals, and did so much good that he was nominated for the Nobel Peace prize. His name is listed on the websites, but people mostly refer to him as Mr. T. Even the fairies adore him due to how amazing of a person he is.
Since Dale is horrible at being a dad, Mr. T becomes a pseudo father figure for Dev.
One day, Cosmo, Wanda, and Peri have to go to the Fairy World, and Dev decided to introduce Hazel to Mr. T.
Mr. T is turning 32 years old, his real name is Timmy Turner, and he was Cosmo and Wanda's previous godchild. They were, unfortunately, taken from him when he was 12, but the memory wipe failed because it contradicted with the rule where magic can't interfere with love.
A few weeks after that, he was too close to a lab explosion (that may or may not have been from Crocker's lab), where he gained his face scar (which he hides with makeup and uses a blue contact lens to hide his purple eye), and 20% of his DNA turned to fairy DNA, meaning that he can grant wishes, and his has much larger and pointed wings than the other fairies, but is immune to butterfly nets and still technically considered human by fairy hunting machinery and even Da Rules.
Since he's technically still seen as human by Da Rules, he doesn't necessarily need to follow them, but he still does out of respect for the fairies. Since he doesn't have a wand, he needs to snap his fingers, clap his hands, or blink very hard to grant anything. Even though he has fairy magic and has stopped aging after he turned 23, he still has a human body, which isn't nearly as durable and heals nearly as fast as one of a fairy, so he really needs to be careful.
Over the 20 years, he matured a great deal and now has the sole goal of spreading hope and happiness just like the fairies did for him when he was younger. He tries not to rely on him magic too much, but he will use it if he needs a fast exit, a quick disguise, or if he sees fit for the situation at hand. Overall, he tries to be responsible with his abilities (I know, shocker).
Additional possible story for the future (if you have your own idea, leave it in the comments, I love reading them):
Due to how unique, powerful, and immune to butterfly nets he is, he is targeted by the anti-fairies and/or pixies in order to figure out how his powers work. He's able to save Dev (and maybe Hazel if she's with them), but not himself and is captured. This leads to a rescue mission, a possible battle of fairies vs. anti-fairies and/or pixies, and Timmy eventually reunites with his fairy godparents, Cosmo and Wanda, and his younger brother (maybe Peri and Timmy team up to fight someone, maybe one of them in injured, who knows.). Overall, it's a happy ending where Timmy reunites with his family, maybe adopts Dev, gets his own actual wand eventually (since he's technically the youngest fairy now, if you think about it) and he lives happily ever after.

@Karma-the-steampunk-rabbit Me too. It would definitely be emotional... And a little complicated due to the strange circumstances surrounding the fact that Timmy is part fairy.
I'm also imagining Jorgen having a total stroke at the fact that not only was Timmy now partly a fairly, but he still has his memories because two rules contradicted each other instead of some loophole that Timmy used to exploit 🤣🤣🤣

I have a whole story im working on like this. Timmy wasn't the only one who loved his godparents as such, he was th most recent.

In this Au, as I said in the description, Timmy still retains his memories due to the rules about adults getting their memories wiped and the rule against interfering with love contradicting each other, and not some elaborate loophole that Timmy purposefully exploited. That news will definitely mean that the Fairy Council will get involved and decide what to do, as two rules contradicting each other is definitely not something that ever happened before, and it could possibly cause a freak out if not addressed asap.
On the other hand, as chaotic as Timmy was, I'm also sure that a lot of fairies missed him, Jorgen included.
What do you think?

True! I imagine it would be emotional for everyone. I'd especially love to see him reunite with Peri, as I'm sure the fairy would love to reunite with his big brother after 20 years apart.
I kind of want to see more of this. And I wanna see Vicky's reaction to Timmy.
If she doesn't freak out that he has powers to defeat her, then she'll be shocked by Timmy's success as an adult... And will probably be entitled to it, like for Dale Dimmadome.
