Sleep Noise to Drift Off Fast - Nighty Night
Вставка
- Опубліковано 1 чер 2024
- Sleep Noise is created to help you get to sleep fast. Listeners use noise on the channel to assist in falling asleep and a good night's sleep (among other things). Sleepy Time Noise is created intentionally for this purpose.
It is a blend of several noise sources equalized, filtered, blended and mixed into a smooth noise that is not overly bright or muddy sounding to the ear.
Sleep Noise is a departure from the the noise colors like Pink and White noise with a more brittle top end.
Nighty night and thanks for listening, Dale

I have had tinnitus ever since a chiro pulled my neck. He called it traction. I had the worst headache of my life and tinnitus ever since. I remember I walked outside into the silent streets of San Diego very late at night because I heard this sound and wondered where it came from. Then I wondered if it was in my head and I started walking faster. It's unbelievable that we live with this for years, every day. I've been telling people about your videos , especially in the tinnitus groups. Some are coming here. I'm glad you continue to explore and discover different frequencies for healing!!!
Thank you for sharing Amandeus.
This noise is great in that, as you say it isn't muddy or bright to the ear. Not too muffled and not too crisp, but still smooth and "open" enough to have that dual effect of high and low frequencies. It is outstanding for sleeping because of this combined frequency approach. I find myself focusing on one particular aspect of the noise, and then slowly my attention drifts to the next aspect, and then another, giving a perspective shift that is created by my brain and not the noise. Outstanding.
Thanks for the good word Joel
Thank you for creating this, I have tinnitus for 1.5 year and this really helped me sleep! Thank you.
Me too🙏
How u got it
Same Ying, I hope we both get better ❤️
me too 😘
I love your intro's! Put your seat belts on folks we're about to take off.
This and a constant 60hz tone go well together
I love how this was produced in stereo, so that when wearing headphones, it sounds like the noise is *around* you instead of being projected into the center of your skull. Much more relaxing. It also seems to improve the sound-masking qualities that way. Since your brain is pretty good at picking out sounds that come from different directions, even fairly loud white noise that your brain perceives to be in the middle of your head won't necessarily mask sounds from the side.
Alot of work goes into making these. You can hear it. ;) Thank you, Dale! Another gem.
Ooh this one is nice. Never heard it before
for me : yellow is to light, red and orange too, I adopt this one for tonight 💙thank you Dale 🎯
Alright Alright Mr Dale...I am ready to go Night Night...Gym is going to come early tomorrow AM!. Thank you for this post.
Took me a while to put the feeling into words. Listening to this is like a super comforting hug...for my brain. My brain gets all happy and comfy and my body quickly follows suit. I've been listening to 30ish minutes of violet during my wind down to try to calm the tinnitus before switching over to this for sleeping and external noise blocking. Thanks not just for the noises but the education too!
Thank you Karin!
Exactly on time and in rhythm as I was just thinking about this today and ran across your video (cuz I'm a fan) and read your acoustic language description. Not too bright or muddy indeed! Just perfect. Thank you.
Loved this sleep noise track!
Have you ever thought about creating any talking based videos like guided meditations, sleep stories, hypnosis or affirmations? I ask because I found your voice very soothing & relaxing to listen to in the intro.
Yes, I have thought about that. I am enjoying many story-time channels late night. Thanks for the suggestion.
I don't know what frequency is but I love the noise from box fans
Awesome clock animation in the intro. Digging the sound. I've got this one on repeat ! Who else is going to listen to this one over and over?
Much appreciated! Randall. I did get a good night sleep listening last night to this one.
meee 😴
I’m all over this. Or rather, this sound is all over me.
you're so funny, are you wearing a sleeping mask in your circle thing? We both said he has excellent sound and it's true. Goodnight, from a whacko insomniac.
Insomnia after a mild stroke was my chief problem before tinnitus struck. I like this soundscape by the way.
Thanks for listening Steve!
This is so lovely I’m bout to fall asl- … zzzzzzZzZZz….
Thanks for listening.
Finally you made a sleeping video! Your recordings are much better for my groovy Dolby speakers in my Moto phone. Thanks, Mr. 🐌 Snail.(teasing u)
i still can't believe it that in this ocean of white noise poop (sorry) on yt there is this channel i found with a really competent, dedicated owner. thank you for taking us insomniacs serious 🙏💚 And thank you Randall, too 🤭😍
Thanks. I'm glad the passion and effort is noticed. Randall is a stand out creator in the Rest and Relaxation world. We discuss audio techniques and how to make our channels better and better for our listeners.
@@dalesnale it seems to me that randall is more the analog guy while you are the master of digital 😅😍
Do you think it's possible to make the most noise cancelling noise, in terms of.... common.... urghh.... noise pollution.... frequencies.... (lol I haven't thought this through at all)? Loving the orange noise, this is a bit trebly for me to fall asleep with.
Great idea. I will think on it and add it to the list.
I was under the impression that black noise = noise canceling...for the most part.
Suffering at present thank you.
I hope you get a good nights sleep.
This one is good also doesn't say how long it plays cuz I definitely wake up when the sound goes off, like the orange noise I hear the little skip's in the recording
I'm super careful not to have gaps in the audio and there are many layers that overlap. It might be the streaming glitching from the internet connection.
Hey Dale, are you uploading the new track??
Came here from Randall
😴
Would it be possible to make this with 8000 Hz
Me likey
I’d love a static, high frequency one. Like this but more of a shhhhhhhhh
I’m going to release high frequency 8kHz singular source static for you next week. It’s sounding nice.
@@dalesnale I don’t think you included the sound on the new one 😬
@@PinkPog Thanks for the heads up. The audio was missing. It is reuploading now. I was deep into the next video and did not check comments for a bit.
@@dalesnale cool - I look forward to it
@@dalesnale I still can’t find it 🤔
I'm looking to purchase this sound on your electriccanyon store can't find it is it titled something different?
Checking on that now. Thanks
electriccanyon.com/store/ The 10 and 1 hours downloadable versions have been added to the store. Link also in the description. Thanks
Thanks I'll purchase tonight
is this better than pure pink noise for sleep?
It’s simply a matter of listener preference. Like music, we all have our favorites.
I thought it will be “mi mi mi mi, ZzZZzZ, mi mi mi mi, zzZzZzZz”
Great as always. Just wish u wouldn't talk in the beginning
Thanks. I appreciate your input on the intros. I ran into some issues with the channel a couple years back where it was thought to be an automated channel. So I’ve added 60 second intros. It also prevents copy cats rebooting my creations. I’m on the fence whether or not to explain in the video or just on screen text as YT can now read in screen text.
You can fast forward to get right to the noise. Consider, though, that he has something to say and this is his craft.
I have these videos running in a playlist through the night. Sometimes i wake up from the talking when the video changes. That's the only problem i have with this
Any medicine please
i'm not a fan of the adverts. defeats the object and i'm awake all over again and again and again
Me neither! That is why I do not program mid roll adds on any videos on the channel. Just double checked this video, no mid-roll ads selected. If one did appear, I suspect the browser may have updated and restarted itself or some other web glitch. Thanks for the heads up.
i have been using this video for the last 5 days. it's happened every time. more than once in each sitting. i appreciate the fact that u haven't placed any in there but it cant be a glitch or whatever every single time. i mean i can't see any markings that u would normally see when there are ads placed but it's happening so there is something going on so you need to be aware. one just happened a minute ago. it was near the 7hr mark. i dont know if that helps.
Dalesnale - Noise Ambient i did reply to this- see below/above. i just forgot to tag you.
Double checked just now that no mid-roll ads are enabled. Not sure why that is happening. No one else has commented. When it has happened where mid roll ads were selected in an update to ads, many comments are received. So for tonight I will disengaged pre-roll and post roll ads, then reengaged and see what happens. Thanks
@@dalesnale ok thank you. i appreciate you trying to sort it. no idea either why this is happening.
ads are happening again
Thanks, Ill look into that asap!
