高筋麵粉210g | 全麥高筋粉90g | 冰水195g | 乾酵母3g | 鹽4g
洋蔥餡:
洋蔥100g | 橄欖油10g | 鹽1g | 黑胡椒 0.5g
🥗額外內餡材質:
馬蘇里拉起司 60g | 培根片5-6片
⏱️烤箱上下火210-222度烘烤15分鐘左右,具體看上色,有蒸汽的可以打幾秒蒸汽
