Introduction:
The Real Estate Project is a comprehensive online platform designed to streamline the process of buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. It provides a user-friendly interface for both administrators and users, facilitating efficient property management and search functionalities.
Admin Panel:
Upon accessing the platform, the administrator is prompted to log in to the admin panel. Here, the admin has the authority to add two types of properties: residential and commercial. For each property, the admin enters detailed information such as images, number of bedrooms, area, area unit, amount, city, state, and country. Additionally, the admin can view, edit, or delete any property listed on the platform. Furthermore, the admin has the capability to change passwords for enhanced security.
User Experience:
Users visiting the site are greeted with a user-friendly interface where they can search for properties based on their specific requirements. They have the option to filter properties based on parameters such as location, property type, price range, and amenities. Users can explore detailed property listings and view images, descriptions, and contact information.
User Registration and Interaction:
To interact with property listings and message property dealers, users are required to sign up and log in to their accounts. Once logged in, users can express their interest in a property by sending messages directly to the admin. The admin then has the ability to forward these messages to the respective property dealers for further communication. Moreover, users can also upload their own property listings with detailed information, similar to the process followed by the admin. They can manage their uploaded properties and edit their personal information as needed.
If any user wants to send a message about a property, they must be logged in. If they are not logged in, a pop-up modal for login and signup will appear.
