Literally for me cardiovascular endurance is the most important aspect for me in terms of fitness, it just feels good that your heart is healthy and you can go longer in exercises or sports. Don't get me wrong, strength training, mobility, flexibility all are very important too but something about your heart racing like crazy in duration workouts is fire.

First time I watched this man fight after I started following the UFC was that Costa fight and my god he looked good. Costa and Jared couldn’t be more different in terms of personality, but he can approach the fight in a similar way. Jared has to cut the cage off and try and connect with something big, just like Paulo tried to do. Leg kicks from distance and teeps to the body is the key for me🤙🏻
