I've got photos of all this from the 1980s. My eldest 3 were born over that end of Yorkshire in Bingley. We had days out there plus a cricket day annually when the cast used to play the villagers on the green opposite. I'll put some photos up on your FB post
They now film the new, All Creatures Great and Small. Or maybe they just call it James Herriot now?? Stayed in a cottage many times over the New Year in Arncliffe, beautiful quiet unspoilt location.
Maybe have a trip to Richmond (in North Yorkshire) where Altberg are based. They make hiking boots (and lots of other types of boots as well). There’s some interesting videos about their boots, on their website
