WOW! They kept it all the way real in this interview. Finally artists that actually get what I've been saying for the past couple of years. I can't stand lip-syncing *ESPECIALLY* if you came from a specific era. Now, I know that nobody's perfect and everyone has an off day, but DAMN! (Will Smith voice) I'm all about true blue legit talent and singing is still a big deal to me. And Lelee is right. Right now in this ratchet era/if-you-can't-beat-'em-join-'em era, our ears have been programmed to like awful "music." I've given in more than a normal. Trust me, I don't do it willingly. After the 90's, I've coined the following decade (2000's) *"the lost decade of r&b.*" So many artists were hit or miss. In the 90's, you typically liked everyone. 95% percent of me feels that artists need to stand their ground, but then 5% of me feel like *if you can't beat 'em, join 'em*. It's so hard out here and artists are just trying to make ends meet. Ask Tank and Musiq Soulchild. They'll tell you. "Musically" everybody sounds the same and these kids today are ok with that. I'm 30 and just don't feel like turnin' up. Most of the time, I'm on my Sade or Pete Belasco type thing. Like I said, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. These kids are like *if you don't listen to our stupid music then we gon leave ya'll old asses in the past*. #sadbuttrue

I agree with Le Le about the quality of today's music versus yesterday's music. From the 1990s on back, music was worth listening to. There was real talent back then

Coko so true, you had to know how to sing. TALENT! You do not need that anymore, so sad.

    60's, 70's, 80's and 90's.
The 90's is the last era of real music.

That's was unandulterated interview and thank for exposing the dumb down propaganda the music industry is intentionally producing!
