To do this, upfling and then double jump up and shurikens and ladder m1. The upfling tech in the first clip was accidental - you can do this without it, but it does look better with upfling headride tbh. You can sort of ladder with Kunais (sorry I’m late)
Let them get to the top of the uptilt then just kunai and hold space and hold click
