@@dennis_ackerman I agree. The lyrics on Chromatica are amazing and I believe this also references an unreleased song called Trigger which was written about the same thing. It's one of my favorites and it broke my heart when I heard her say the word Trigger ("they never really knew it then, how to do it with the safety off the Trigger." Of course it also possibly refers to PTSD triggers.
Chromatica is a greatest hits album. At 2:54 people believe that it’s Ariana Grande saying “Smile.” But actually this song samples off of a Diana Ross song called It’s My House. And that small vocal is Diana saying, “It’s My...” And I believe it to be a small little tribute.
We can hear here how they made the Diana's sample into the song. It's absolutely amazing what they did www.reddit.com/r/LadyGaga/comments/i2u38i/how_lady_gaga_sampled_diana_ross_its_my_house_on/

Is basically the story of a family that because of an unfortunate event has to defeat a villain, his worshipers and deal with the consequences of his actions through the generations. Except that is just to tie the storyline. The thing is that each generation has their own thing to do and the situations they get in go as far as traveling to Egypt, battling the ultimate life form with balls on string, taking over the Italian mafia and resetting the universe

These are the three songs I listen to most
Babylon butters my biscuit. & Enigma. & This. Looooove it.
@@madc1568 Same 😭
Enigma too
This better be a single! Billboard thinks that this should be a single too
I was just about to comment that I feel like this should've been the first single
Just Ryan THANK YOU
Garrett Stasko I think it’s too edgy to be the lead single, it’s risky... Stupid Love was the best transition from her previous eras (star is born/Joanne) to this one
I think babylon should be a single
I didn't even realise this album has been out for 2 years. This is the first time I've ever listened to something from this album
Oh my God. This song is so sinister and the lyrics are extremely devastating if they are about trauma (which I think they are).
They really are. I think the beat and production, to a certain extent, masks the dark ass lyrics- still i can’t stop listening. Battle for you life
I believe this is a song for her past when she was raped.
@@dennis_ackerman Agreed, i think this song is to/about her rapist :(
I think the Spotify storyline for this song confirmed that this song is about PTSD and triggers.
Unpopular opinion: Best song on the album. Please tell me it's not really unpopular!
It's definitely my favorite.
here It`s my favorite SINGLE Gaga!!!!!!
My fav 💕💕💕
It's my favorite too! And honestly it's one of the best songs she's ever done tbh
My favourite!!!!
THE WHOLE ALBUM IS A MASTERPIECE. THIS IS ART POP... 10/10
THE WHOLE ALBUM IS A RIP OFF
Chromatica is a greatest hits album. Let us instead say which of her songs doesn't sound like anothers:
- Rain on Me - Cassius My Feelings For You
- Sour Candy = What They Say by Maya Jane Coles AND Swish Swish by Katy Perry
- Enigma = Land Of The Living by Kristine W
- Replay = Deeper Shade of Blue by Steps
- 1000 Doves = Love At First Sight by Kylie Minogue
- 911 = Funkytown by Lipps Inc
- Babylon = Vogue by Madonna AND Move Your Body by Xpansions
- Alice = Dreamer by Livin Joy
- Chromatica II intro = Baby Shark
It was too "housey" from me. Was hoping for more disco vibes like the Babylon leak.
Omg! Very interesting, thank u for share your opinions, but i’m not gonna change my mind.
@@AdrianAriasEdry That Gina is a Madonna stan, but the effort tho XD
0:56 HEY HEYY
The chords, the melody, the nostalgic rythm. This is just perfect
Replay = Deeper Shade of Blue by Steps
The only bad thing about this song is that it makes you think about someone, and not necessarily a nice someone
exactly
but it makes me feel like I'm more than that and ready to fucking deck him
Yeah exactly
Yup makes me think of my abusive mom and my ex husband
My ex boo 🥺
I literally can't decide what songs are my favorite. She really created an entire album of bops.
Gaga is a genius. What a BOP!! This song is pure perfection 💯
At 2:54 people believe that it’s Ariana Grande saying “Smile.” But actually this song samples off of a Diana Ross song called It’s My House. And that small vocal is Diana saying, “It’s My...” And I believe it to be a small little tribute.
sounds so much like Ariana grande though
hao yang I thought so too, but I did research on what gaga samples on the album. And you should check out the song, you’ll really hear it :)
We can hear here how they made the Diana's sample into the song. It's absolutely amazing what they did www.reddit.com/r/LadyGaga/comments/i2u38i/how_lady_gaga_sampled_diana_ross_its_my_house_on/
Im sorry im lost, Ariana Grande is in this song?
@@angie0329 no

Where is the justice for replay? Literally the best song on chromatica. My #1 played song months later. I got goosebumps the first time I heard it and I still do! MAKE THIS A SINGLE GAGA PLEASE

If Gaga makes this her next single😍😍
I keep "Replay" this song🤩 This song is my favorite song now😍
I poetically spoke these lyrics as my voicemail. That's how powerful and incredible this song describes me. Plus it's also my ringtone.
This is the best song on the album. Hands down. I can't stop listening to it.
You can't stop replaying Replay... bruh 😳 same tho
I see this comment in all the songs😂
OMFG SAME.
Exactly, the beginning is killing me... and then that contagious chorus and rhythm perfect to dance!
@@Jeffreemedrano The production on this track is so next level. It's incredible.
Lady Gaga is so powerful that not even Dio himself would want to mess with her

I'm not surprised
Not even KARS would want to mess with Gaga

REPLAY!!!! FOREVER 😻
Im still always shocked by her vocal range, those low/high notes aren't easy to sing. This is my favorite track off the album!
This song it's so hard to sing
Very HARD
everyone's mentioning JoJo, I don't know what that is but I'm glad we're all reunited to listen to this masterpiece
It's an icon manga and anine series, I dont know exactly how to explain the plot, but I really recommend watching it
Is basically the story of a family that because of an unfortunate event has to defeat a villain, his worshipers and deal with the consequences of his actions through the generations. Except that is just to tie the storyline. The thing is that each generation has their own thing to do and the situations they get in go as far as traveling to Egypt, battling the ultimate life form with balls on string, taking over the Italian mafia and resetting the universe
@@natanieux dam, this dude somehow summed up Jojo into one paragraph

My favourite song in years, from any artist. This is such a great fucking song.
Never been a gaga fan. Listened to this album cause it's been a while since she's put out anything out and was curious. After years of hating her music i was pleasantly shocked to hear how good this was. This song, along with the album is honestly one of my favorites this year.

She takes the 70s (Diana Ross- It's My House), transforms it and gives it a new background relevance in 2020s avantgarde electropop. That's genius. It's also a tribute. Will we see Gaga and Diana Ross on stage together??
