After defeating the evil Vlad Plasmius, Raphael realized something, that there were more evil people like him trying to conquer the universe, so he made the decision to abandon the group of his brothers and be a hero on his own and alone, with the technology of Plasmius now became the Night Watcher of the Multiverse, he went from universe to universe defeating different villains who wanted to conquer the universe. They weren't much of a threat to him, that was until he had returned, the Mawgu, Raphael finally had a real challenge.
