Sheep and goats meat provides best proteins, Yes you are right that commonly all people eat meat daily, in one way or the other, we have to cook vegetables Handi on demand ,otherwise no Handi is without meat. body exercises , gims - desi type or modern are everywhere but doctors advice to avoid beef but as the Beef is cheap ,so poor people eat. No doubt Pakistan is not a rich country in these days due to state controled defaulted Enterprises and one day when there would be Privatisation of these state controlled default enterprises, the economy will change and Pakistan would be with rich economy, But you should VISIT or Tour Pakistan. It's a great country ❤No doubt we Pakistani have regional problems with India and One day all Will be solved through debate/discussion or War, both tracks always been used to solve the matters but again i suggest that there would be people to people relations can change the situation and propose that you must Tour Pakistan❤We always honour Guests. People and countries also can live and survive with differences.
Sometimes you make hate comments on Pakistan. But we respect india and want peace not war
