Notre Dame’s coach and Notre Dame’s quarterback both got beat down last year by Louisville and it’s a must win. I’ve said all year I think the cards will upset Notre Dame. Notre Dame’s a good team and they’re going to get better. If Louisville secondary plays well they should come away with the wind, but their defense is really tough.
ND fan here. I don’t trust ND rn either. Even if they win I don’t know if I’ll trust them the rest of the way.
That being said I do think they will be focused for this game and will get the W. I will not be betting it, however.
Life-long ND fan. There is no logical reason to trust ND football under Freeman. Not a personal attack, just too much evidence that anything can and likely will happen. Like you say, even if ND wins this one...means nothing (really).

Louisville beat a very good #10 ND team last year pretty handily, and I'd be lying if I said they weren't gonna do the same this year. Especially with how Non consistent Riley Leonard has been
If Notre Dame doesnt get away from the Riley Leonard show and start getting the ball in the hands of the best players like Jeremiah Love and Jadarian Price the Louisville will win handily.

Freeman can get his team up for big games. It’s the “easy” ones he can’t seem to take care of business in. This is a top 15 team so I expect ND to be prepared and execute properly. If Louisville was unranked that +4.5 would be free money

Getting 6.5 now.
This is no longer a game where ND plays down to their opponent. A team that beat them last year and is undefeated this season. Louisville is NOT better than ND when both are playing to their potential. Close game for sure…which is my only concern. Coaching has struggled in close games at ND. Going to be another stressful one to watch as an ND fan but I think they can win this handily if we can get the offense going.
