Some of them are not exactly dirt cheap... CK One and Bentley FMI are very affordable (at Notino they cost around £20/100ml), but then Mugler, Bulgari or Guerlain are definitely in the higher price bracket (>£50-£60/100ml)... 🤔 I would also strongly suggest CK One Shock... Extremely inexpensive (at Notino £20/200ml!) but probably the best smelling fragrance from that range of CK One scents...
@perspicacious capybara It's not a question of having £50 for a fragrance or not. The podcast was about scents well under £50/bottle, hence my comment about the unevenness of price points... Aside from that, to some people spending £50/60 for just one perfume, when they would like to have more than just one, might be an issue. It all depends on one's personal financial perspective... And on final note, on average one 100ml bottle lasts me no more than 3-6 months, and that's only because I have more than 50 of them, in constant rotation. If you don't use them, you lose them... 😉

How about Gucci Guilty Absolute. Which is nothing like any other fragrance in the Gucci Guilty line, or indeed anything else Gucci produce. Personally I think it is more of a niche style of perfumery, by Alberto Morillas.

I have both BFMI, & Silverlake. To me Silverlake smells like Aqua di Gio Essenza, but affordable and available. I sometimes layer using it, &Aqua di Gio Profondo. People wanta know what I'm wearing. I tell them it's called Envy of Alberto🤣 (Alberto eluding to perfumer/inventor of Aqua di Gio)

I wear CK ONE for everything. It's a classic that is still relevant. Clean and subtle. You can overspray and not be offensive. Perfect.

Actually Mugler Cologne in Spain you can find the 300ml bottle in stores for under €60, saw it in Xmas about three different times
