In Chinese, Halloween is known by its traditional name of All Saints' Eve (万圣夜) - like Christmas Eve - the night before the actual holiday. In fact you can actually see these exact characters on the box in full, unabbreviated form: 万圣节之夜 ("Eve of All Saints Day") The actual holiday itself, All Saints' Day (万圣节) is November 1st. So they likely just mixed the two up when they were printing the cards, with it saying Halloween but the date for All Saints' Day (Nov 1st) instead.

I opened two boxes of these and my packs were similarly wonky. Very hard to open lol. I feel like your one box was better than my two though, so good job! xD
