Well, for that 190K price, that house, should have quality kitchen with marble counter top, a stove /oven/ microwave, inbuild closets with sliding doors, bigger bathrooms with shower cubicles and lighting fixtures. My bid now for this house 120K.

Good posh house but the finishing inside is poorly done and too cheap for that amount it’s a rip off.
Such houses should always have a grand catchy finishing not just like any other apartment around.

The roof is low,If you plan to put gypsum make the roof a little bit higher,avoid flowered tiles on commercial houses.
