That's a sad sight :/
Run off? Algae bloom? Low Oxygen? And it targeted only one species? I say bull crap. I have seen this same thing before in Grand Bay and Bayou LaFourche Bay. In those areas it was gill netters throwing out redfish bycatch. But, what do I know?
