I've traveled through many neighborhoods, but West University would be my first choice if I had the money. My parents lived there for decades (you drove by their house). It's very affluent, with a lot of medical professionals from the adjacent medical center, but not ostentatious compared with nearby River Oaks, which is a bit overwhelming. West University has the right feel to me. Super friendly, and people from all over the world who live in the neighborhood.

I just saw my house 623 minutes into the video. It’s a little red brick house with the columns on the right hand side on your way to Duke. God remember that place I don’t think I could ever live there again, but it was nice I was a child, I went for a little park is still there? I wonder if there is still the W. University Pl. swimming pool, over by southside

6425 Belmont,, could you do a drive-by close-up of that house? That’s where we used to live now it looks like one of the most tiniest pipsqueak houses amongst all the new ones.

West University is an independent city that has been completely surrounded by Houston and located near Rice University.

Wow, my old neighborhood changed I just live right off of Belmont just north of Pittsburgh, and probably our house is one of the few original homes still left. It’s so sad that the Houston rocket players came into that town and just bought all the old homes torn down to build a new crappy homes and whatever happened to AstroWorld these go there all the time is kids and we used to tube down the Buffalo Bayou that was fun course that was all in the late 60s early 70s
