" why does he charge $400 USD for an SL parcel?"
It's insane someone is willing to pay that. I mean you could get a full region for way cheaper.
It's only $12/ month or $ 99/ year to go Premium and then get land cheaper than you could by renting from someone else in SL. If you only want a small parcel, you can basically get one included for free with your Premium account. If you want to own a whole region, it's only $ 300/ month.
I actually did that with mine for a while. I returned to SL in 2017 after a long break, went premium but the LHs were much to be desired.
As soon as I heard about Belli, I decided to sell my 1024sqm plot and was one of the many who kind of just parked at the borders before it opened up. It was a fun and special moment I think, seeing so many people gathered in one spot. I've been a Belliserian since day one.
"Only" $300/month LMAO
Haha, the sudden "Wtf???" has me laughing. I used to know someone who paid higher than average fees for their land. She said it was due to the HOA-ish rules keeping things uncluttered & in the same theme. This was way back in the day, tho. Mainland might look a lot better now.
I couldn't help it!
i spit out my water when he said "wait, their real cat got surgery?"
DDOS your land baron
How is he a serious land baron with that bad of a PC? Man, put some of your earnings towards a computer that can handle a club!
LOL @ this video and the utter satiracal nature of it. If anyone actually believes someone is paying $400 USD they are smoking crack. Full sims only cost $150 a month. Gotta love the satire you find on the net.
how old was this interview? also "she's really attractive, just really nice" is a little cringe and inappropriate if they're your employee. I rent a tiny parcel for about $16 real dollars a month, I'm hoping he meant he's charging $300 for full sims. Even still, I always thought the land prices were unnecessarily high and only work to stifle user creativity and involvement in SL
to be fair shes fine af
