Luxury Royal View Room at Royal Hideaway Playacar, an All Inclusive Resort in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. These rooms stand out because of their proximity to the beautiful relaxation pools, which provide a calm environment just a few feet away. Some of these rooms boast balconies and come equipped with either a king-size bed or two queen-size beds. Aside from the mahogany furniture, they offer a full bathroom with a shower and hot tub, exclusive amenities, and other touches that ensure a one-of-a-kind visit, such as a cable TV, LED screen, coffee machine, minibar, iPod and iPhone docking stations, Wi-Fi, and more. The rooms were a little old given the resort layout, but they were clean and well-designed, with a daily fridge restocked with water, juice, soft drinks, beer, and nuts. Room service was excellent, with many options and delicious food included in the All Inclusive Package, which was a huge bonus given that there was no dinner buffet and we were unable to book a restaurant in time. The grounds were gorgeous, with plenty of vegetation and a private pool immediately outside our room. Overall, an awesome time in a peaceful paradise; we will undoubtedly return if the price is right.

Love it there. Just wish those rooms got a little cooler. If you’re still there, don’t miss the steakhouse which is basically the breakfast/lunch restaurant converted at night.

Stayed at the Royal casita 2 story 3 bedroom suite
2 upstairs bedrooms hot
AC not blowing at all
Neighboring living room cold
Manager refused to offer us a fan
Repeatedly
So
After 9 pm
My husband and adult so went to a Walmart to get 2
So we can at least sleep in a bed tonight and not on couches in living room
