Kubota makes a great machine. The visibility to the cutting blade on a Kubota machine is amongst the best I've seen. I owned a 2018 SVL75-2 and loved it while I had it. Had to can it for money.
I've had two of those machines. Was one of the first people in Texas with one. Nothing but problems. Both machines were a nightmare. Return it while you can.
Honestly, I hope the machine works out for you. When it's running, it's unstoppable. I just couldn't keep either of mine running. In 600hrs between both machines, neither one ever completed a job without breaking down (all warranty-work breakdowns). They ended up being a liability for me because I couldn't stay on schedule. I wouldn't wish my experience on anyone.
For homeowners and farmers or people with large properties case machines are a great option and the older stuff is super easy to work on but I got 18 years of running heavy equipment all day everyday and it's very rare to see a case machine on a jobsite because the new stuff is super unreliable and cheaply made a lot like kubota ( but kubota is improving ) i did a demo on a couple case dozers and they were a joke went cat instead sorry for the experience you had
Chis Please explain some of the problems. I saw the Demo of this. Please tell me if you will. I have a 1978 Dynahoe-190. (8000 hours on meter) I have put (300) on since I bought it in (2003) I ran one in late (70s) and loved the mainframe being part of the backhoe. It's my yard toy, I call it Little Muskie after Big Muskie. There are things like going into a dirt pile, where I don't have to power like new. Is that the things you have issues with. Or is it a machine, inners. Just a problem with how it is built, for size say. I look at it like a replacement for a small track loaders. Like the Case 450-C loaders. The front loader on those being part of the main frame.
@@rp1645 I've had two TV620B machines. One has 500hrs, the other had 80hrs when I sold it. The low hour one went thru FIVE fans in it's 80hrs. The fan blades shear off at the root and it grenades the whole fan and cooling pack. The final drive hard lines rub together and will burst at about 500hrs. To replace those lines, the whole engine and pump has to be removed. The machine is too heavy for the rubber tracks. They delaminate from the INSIDE of the track. We've been thru two sets of tracks in 500hrs. We lose boom-down function once every few days. The backup cameras and screens have failed. The engine tuning is junk. We burn about 8gal/hr at full load. My 350hp horizontal grinder only burns 10gal/hr. The only good thing about this machine is it's lifting power. It's a beast. But that means nothing if it's alway broken down.
We have been running case since the 70s I started on the old 80s 580 super E backhoes and 1840 uniloaders. Strongest machines around I promise you we now have all new machines. Do not have the 620s. So I can not comment on it, did demo one which was nice but we do have the 550DL and it has been great to say the least. I have over 4k hours with no issues besides every machine use. I will admit I over kill with services and cleaning. I grew up with my Gdad. Never greasing, changing filters nothing and never had a problem. Well had problems but they were normal issues hoses etc. But with watching him abuse the machines I take care of mine. I cant speak for everyone here saying problems but again I have no issues. 7akid steers, 4dozers, 6backhoes, 11excavators, 2old case frontend loaders. All machines case, all but the dozers out perform the others. The dozers are weak and to light but work for what we do. Just my experience's R&S companies.
Thank you for showing her off. Brand new, please people TELL the problem don't just say you have problems. Please explain what issues that this beast of skid steer has. Give more details please.
On the rear BUMPER you are talking about. Just a thought. Use the bolts on counter WT. Then that can come off easy. Because that back end has to open to get at inners. Service checks, ect Great idea. I have worked up against cement walls, you can't see the back clearly from the seat.
Thx I was thinking a swing open bumper on a pin. Have not jumped into that yet But it will hang up on everything the way it’s layed out with all the outside corners it has. Thx for watching Have a great week
I went to buy the 550 Minotaur! They did not have one and didn’t know when they could get one. The 620 is 135k The 550 is 155k Also after I thought about it, we load and operate a lot on concrete and blacktop. Rubber tracks still better for me. I rent a dozer a few times a year and thought that the Minotaur might fix that for me. But when I rent a dozer it’s way bigger than the 550. Just my thoughts… so I got the 620b Think I’m gonna like it.
I like how the work lights have a side angle one on the front. Case has started putting those on the Case best seller of all times the old great 580 Series Backhoe. I remember running the 580-E when they had 4 work lights on ROPS. They all faced the same direction. I thought back then. Why doesn't Case put at least one at a sideways angle. Their Engineering/ Designer must have listened to customer comments. I do like that sideways work light. Did NOT know that entry Door could come OFF that easy. On other topic you talked about the different control pattern ( foot and hand) the Bobcats we had. The hand control was strange. ( We had a rocker switch to change patterns) You pushed Levers Left/ right for the front lift/ bucket. YES it was hard getting used to that over Foot control for the front. Especially after just getting off aand jumping on the Case 580 and having a joy stick for the front bucket.
I they would listen to me at case there would be 360 lights lol. Can’t get enough light when you work 18 hour days and chores. As for controls, the best controls are the ones you learned on I think “, all others are terrible. Or at least everyone and my self agree. I’ve run ISO of late but cut my teeth on an old 743 BC. I hope this case works out for you, this is the same chassis as their case Minotaur project mini dozer/skid steer with metal tracks. I think they should make these skid steers twice the size they are. I gotta 2012 Deere 450j dozer and was cross shopping large heavy skid steers like this. Nice machine looks awesome.

I have 2010 440 ct series 3 track loader and it's a monster and it's heavy too and I have a 2006 420 ct track loader it's light but works awesome no problems but I think case is the best.
Hello. I'm 60 and retired from operating heavy equipment, and started looking into these CTL as supplement income. Would anyone be able to tell me which brand would be the most reliable. After reading the comments here, it seems a little chancy when choosing a brand, so any assistance would be appreciated. Thankyou.
I’d start with a Kubota, or johndeere. They are both easy to maintain, better price point entry, and start, run and maintain better. They also take hills and dips better. Next I’d do JCB, or Bobcat. JCB is cheaper price and product. Definitely will not last as long as a Deere, kubota or bobcat. But does have some cool features for accessibility and function. Not real strong high flow hydraulics. Bobcat has very weak hydraulic system and have load limiters that can be very annoying. Bobcat also has terrible bucket back roll. It does not allow you to carry near as much material in a load. Caterpillar has terrible ergonomics if your a big guy, cab is tight. But machine is great. And very expensive to buy and maintain. Case is expensive to buy and maintain but does have a very comfortable cab. Does not like cold, very difficult hydraulic system to get used to. Definitely for seasoned operators only. Takeuchi VTOL’s are very strong, lots of room and great egress. (Door goes over head like a Kubota) but are expensive and expensive to maintain. But are tough as nails. They have terrible visibility tho. Those are my top pics. I really like the
I wish you the best. I'd never waste my money on Case/New Holland again. 1400 hours had a catastrophic failure because they ran the hydraulic hoses to the drives across the floor and they wear trough slowly starved a drive. Sent metal shavings throughout the hydraulics and needed a new pump. 11K later to fix it with 0 guarantee because the contaminated oil went through the machine. Lift the cab if yours is the same put hose protectors on them asap No joke! ticking time bomb
Humble suggestion to improve your quality if you are serious about building your UA-cam channel: STOP playing that **annoying** music in the background while you’re talking! It completely drowns out everything you’re saying and makes it almost impossible to understand the points you are trying to emphasize. I made it to where you were talking about running the John Deere bucket on the Kubota before I finally quit watching. I’m dying to know more about the TV620B from a real-world owner standpoint and am considering buying one in the summer, but your channel won’t be a source of knowledge for me in its present state. I’m honestly not saying that to be mean…but a little tough love early will go a long way in improving your presentation. Cool machine, congrats on your new purchase!

I have heard mixed stuff but I have had 4 other brands and have kubota and Deere now. They all seem to have quirks. But here is to hoping! I have several friends around here that have them and love them. So we will see. Thanks for watching! I’ll try to show the good bad and ugly!
