I think it tours the country. It is using the mainline railway which is very busy with passenger & freight trains. That's why there is a diesel pusher engine at the back so it can offer assistance if the Flying Scotsman breaks down. It may also provide electricity to the carriages as they would have used oil lamps back in the 1920s @@JohnSmith-uy7sv
