Touching on the Saka giving up his penalties, Odegaard said after the Crystal Palace game that he wanted to take the penalty because he hasn't missed during pre season. Could possibly the same case during the Bournemouth game. This narrative that Saka doesn't have the balls to take pens is a misconception. Can't say about the Havertz pen tho, I think this was just to boost his confidence.
First of all respect to Liban and Fuad for praising VVD, it’s become a trend to hate on him when he’s been absolutely world class this season, imo the best defender in the league, people praise Dias all the time but I truly think VVD is the best in the league and even the world right now, that’s my personal opinion, and I genuinely think liban is my favourite UTD supporter ever, always unbiased and gives credit when credit is due
VVD got put in a pedestal he shouldn’t have been, that’s why when he dropped off ppl criticized him, Dias in the first 3 years at city achieved more and practically done the same thing
i dont think he got put on a pedestal, i think he truly was the greatest defender itw for a few years and also had the best prime any defender has ever had, its just rival fans hate saying that.... i mean we almost went unbeaten, won the UCL, the prem, fans were celebrating VVd getting dribbled past.... he didnt get dribbled past by a single opponent for over a season (65 games!!!) and he went 69 prem games unbeaten at Anfield, you cant really compare any defender ever to him... considering he also had a partnership with Joe gomez... and trent at RB who apparently cant defend... maldini had nesta, vidic had ferdinand, terry had carvalho, pique had puyol, ramos has pepe or varane, but VVD had joe gomez, people were just praying on his downfall so hard that the moment he made a single mistake they pounced on it, its purely because rival fans were jealous and still are, its that simple imo@@Prime1Wunna
The consequence is semi auto offside implemented and a comp package on top of incompetent refs getting sacked. The FA has fined teams quick to protect refs, fined managers to protect refs, we cannot create an environment where exactly as Liban said where refs can not suffer any consequences and this become immune. As a Liverpool fan I don’t even want a replay, I want spurs at anfield to be piped 7-0+ and I feel the players on our squad want that too. Let them celebrate 3 points take it as charity for the needy

Most errors that our english referees in VAR make are subjective but now theyve opened a whole new lane of factual errors and throw it to miscommunciation. Idiocy at a VAR room shouldnt be allowed, these people are expected to be managing the biggest league in the world with the verbal standards of a 13 year old? Just say OFFSIDE or ONSIDE, none of these 'check complete, perfect' and notice the mistake almost a whole minute later. Consistency has been a huge problem in our league. It should be a common practice to make sure to review a controversial foul with the whole referee commitee and make the change then or follow that specific decision for the rest of the season so that at least we dont see the same controversy again. It also adds to the transparency we as fans can expect from future games when a similar foul occurs.
‘When that red card happens, that’s when the game is gone for Liverpool’ Just ignore that they held out, somewhat comfortably, for the next 25 minutes, and only lost to an own goal in the last minute. Of course the spurs fan thinks a second half red made all the difference, but talks as though the disallowed goal was inconsequential.
Personally, I don’t think there should be any gain from Liverpool doing this. Points, money, replays would all just be diverting from the main worry. Liverpool haven’t asked for any of that, people are just so quick to assume. What we as football fans want is 1.) that this changes the ruling so if a situation like that ever happens again, the referee can revert the game and correctly allow the goal, 2.) that we hear all the conferring between VAR and refs during major VAR checks, and 3.) for referees to have genuine recourse in the case of making bad decisions (i.e. suspending licenses until they take additional training or sackings in case of repeat offenders). I will happily give up 1-3 points for that to happen
People need to get off Kulusevski's back man. He's got the most penalty box entries and one of the highest shot creating actions this season. Saying he's been poor is mad. Guys are wrong about viewing the screen for offside as well. That doesn't happen in other countries. Only time they ever go to the monitor relating offside is when a subjective decision is made like an offside player obstructing a defensive player or determining if the ball was played by an attacking or defensive player. It's never for the lines. Liban has had a stinker in this opening segment. The PL weren't offered semi automated offsides. The PL clubs were and they rejected it, not the PL. Not the PGMOL.
Fuad constantly interrupting and justifying rubbish is ridiculous. Shameless man. I’m hoping and praying the same happens to Spurs and hope Fuad comes on here singing the same tune.
First 20 minutes liverpool 7shots 2 on target, tottenham 4 shots 0 target, liverpool with ten men a fair diaz goal disallowed and a gakpo goal, then tottenham with a son goal, with nine men liverpool conceded a last minute matip own goal, Liverpool dementrated why they are title challengers and why tottenham aren't yet.
Jurgen Klopp has called for Liverpool's match against Tottenham to be replayed after the VAR failed to award Luis Diaz's goal which was ruled out for offside
put yourself in liverpools shoes: the game can’t be replayed. what would you want done? 1. bring in international, more competent referees 2. some sort of re vamp on VAR to make it so that it actually does it’s job, and we don’t have these mistakes 3. send the referee to the monitor more often, not just when a decision is going to be changed; at the minute it feels as if a referee is going to change his mind when he goes to the monitor whether he wants to or not 4. clearer communication in the VAR room; the audio has showed there wasn’t enough of that 5. referee retraining on VAR, so they take these moments more seriously 6. stop overprotection of referees and hold them more accountable for their mistakes; at the minute they’re so protected that they can make a mistake and it won’t matter. 7. insurance that this lack of competence won’t happen again, whether it be to liverpool or any team for that matter. aside from footballing integrity: 1. financial reimbursement of some level 2. potentially a point, if you were to put yourself in liverpools shoes 3. most importantly, assurance that this won’t happen to them again.
One of the clubs taking such a terrible call to court or something might revolutionize the system in the league altogether imo so i agree with Liban on that
chain reaction is a thing. the diaz goal most likely makes son’s goal not happen and so on. and people act like liverpool haven’t lost a league by 1 point so obviously they’re going to feel a way about this.
That chain reaction theory is utterly useless. Altering any minor past event changes a future outcome. That own goal may have never happened if Liverpool players didn’t lose their heads and go down to 9. It’s more about the odd conspiracies Liverpool fans have come up with that is causing them to recieve backlash.
As a Liverpool fan, all I want is accountability in the sense that the people behind these wrong decisions are sacked and not to return. In the game after the goal was disallowed TOT went on to score, so the game could have changed completely if the decision was correct, if Liverpool won that game they would be top of the table. In my opinion, there are so many statements from the refs it is getting tiring. These decisions can cost teams the title, relegation, and Europe. Also, I looked very forward to a game between 2 good teams but it felt ruined. Cause I have no problem losing to the better team but after these shambolic dicisions lately it makes me fall out of love with the game. Ps love the pod and the mandem
i don’t think having the VAR audio in the stadium will help anything, if anything it just takes longer. The majority of VAR decisions are made in less than a minute now and they should be able to take longer if needed like they should’ve gone back and given the diaz goal but in general it just makes it longer and if u want to hear the audio hear it after the game
You can’t have a winning team with both Bruno & Rashford. You can only do it with one of them. You can’t have 2 High Risk/High Reward players in 1 Attack
@@rjeazy-t4l obviously not, but someone has to be the first. Because these things cannot keep happening. We have VAR for a reason. Liverpool asking for compensation will benefit all clubs
I’m a City fan but I still don’t understand why they can’t give the goal instead of a useless apology. I get that there are what ifs about what would happen if the goal was given but fuck the what ifs ‘cause the goal wasn’t a what if. Most frustrated I’ve been during a game 😑
Fuad talking about G. Jesus in that LCM role baffles me, when ESR is literally on the bench. I genuinely believe ESR deserves better and he should push for a transfer in January to a team like Newcastle. He'd be a great acquisition for the Magpies
Newcastle smacked Villa, Brighton smacked Newcastle, and Villa smacked Brighton 😂 btw Douglas Luiz is underrated, he’s the main stay in that midfield. When I heard the Liverpool links in the summer 👀 I was definitely interested
I’m actually vexed how most people think the Jones red card was fair. Can a player not try and control the ball with the top of his foot. His studs were showing cos he was trying to drag the ball backwards. His foot slipped. People say it’s reckless but how is it reckless. Bare in mind Jones won the ball too. It looks bad cos of the freeze frame. If u watch it in real time he gets the ball and then his foot slips onto bissouma. Jones is going at a normal pace to get to the ball first and he gets their first but unfortunately his foot slipped. It’s a yellow because he still gets the man afterwards but for the way he got to the foul it’s not a red.
I'm sorry, but Tottenham were finished if the Diaz goal counted. Tottenham fans are high if they think they would've done anything after that. Liverpool would've scored again before half time 100%.
i do think it makes sense to pay liverpool for the mistake, if liverpool for example lose out on a place in the league by a point or 2 they’ll get paid a few hundred thousand or even millions less
21:38 Can people stop pretending the Diaz decision was the only howler in the game? There was 4-5 absolutely horrendous calls which would’ve all single-handedly changed the game in ways nobody knows. The Diaz call was just the worst out of the lot, but let’s not push all the other bad decisions aside and make it out like us Liverpool fans are only upset about 1 decision when there was a handful.
that Spurs fan is so biased claiming the luis diaz goal didn’t determine the outcome of the game. once you take away the goal the integrity of the game is gone.

Miggy Miggy Miggy can't you see, sometimes your goals just hypnotize me.
liban was 100% correct about the referees
Nice episode keep it up
Touching on the Saka giving up his penalties, Odegaard said after the Crystal Palace game that he wanted to take the penalty because he hasn't missed during pre season.
Nah, Fuad is acc being shameless here. It's not about bad decisions, this isn't a subjective decision like a handball, this is an objective FACT that the goal was onside and was still disallowed. The integrity of the game is in shambles.
just wait for spurs to experience a horrendous call and see how fast he switches up

At no point before the red card was I worried about Tottenham though. The way the game was going I was sure Liverpool would win.
i beg you man never let haseeb host again
‘When that red card happens, that’s when the game is gone for Liverpool’
Just ignore that they held out, somewhat comfortably, for the next 25 minutes, and only lost to an own goal in the last minute.
Of course the spurs fan thinks a second half red made all the difference, but talks as though the disallowed goal was inconsequential.
Held out comfortably by giving up a goal?...ok
When everyone did an impression of fuad that was the funniest shit ever 😂😂😂
They were barking and growling for a minute straight 🤣🤣🤣
Damn bro chill
First 20 minutes liverpool 7shots 2 on target, tottenham 4 shots 0 target, liverpool with ten men a fair diaz goal disallowed and a gakpo goal, then tottenham with a son goal, with nine men liverpool conceded a last minute matip own goal, Liverpool dementrated why they are title challengers and why tottenham aren't yet.
faud not letting liban speak lmaoooooo
Jurgen Klopp has called for Liverpool's match against Tottenham to be replayed after the VAR failed to award Luis Diaz's goal which was ruled out for offside
put yourself in liverpools shoes:
the game can’t be replayed. what would you want done?
1. bring in international, more competent referees
2. some sort of re vamp on VAR to make it so that it actually does it’s job, and we don’t have these mistakes
3. send the referee to the monitor more often, not just when a decision is going to be changed; at the minute it feels as if a referee is going to change his mind when he goes to the monitor whether he wants to or not
4. clearer communication in the VAR room; the audio has showed there wasn’t enough of that
5. referee retraining on VAR, so they take these moments more seriously
6. stop overprotection of referees and hold them more accountable for their mistakes; at the minute they’re so protected that they can make a mistake and it won’t matter.
7. insurance that this lack of competence won’t happen again, whether it be to liverpool or any team for that matter.
aside from footballing integrity:
1. financial reimbursement of some level
2. potentially a point, if you were to put yourself in liverpools shoes
3. most importantly, assurance that this won’t happen to them again.
fuad is a madman he’s unbelievably shameless 😂😂
Dat brudda Liban tryna hide his arms, we see dem leng tings brev💪🏾
WE NEED MID WEEK CONTENT!!!!!!!!!
Every time they did that “real man” thing my skin crawled from cringe 😭😭
Fam is it just me or Star's looking like Fu Izzy 😂😂
Wish Fu was on had to hear his thoughts 😂
One of the clubs taking such a terrible call to court or something might revolutionize the system in the league altogether imo so i agree with Liban on that
If these lads knew ball they would know they NEVER go to the monitor for offsides 😂😂
chain reaction is a thing. the diaz goal most likely makes son’s goal not happen and so on. and people act like liverpool haven’t lost a league by 1 point so obviously they’re going to feel a way about this.
Can we see Champions league rounds ups too now
man are saying liverpool need a compensation package or they need to go to court
are we going to do this over EVERY incorrect call?
these mistakes happen way too often. One single point could cost a club the league. Compensation is the least they could do.
@@nidamnnn are you going to go back and reward every club who’s had an incorrect call against them?
@@rjeazy-t4l obviously not, but someone has to be the first. Because these things cannot keep happening. We have VAR for a reason. Liverpool asking for compensation will benefit all clubs
@@nidamnnn wolves had a bad call vs luton last week, why should they be forgotten about ?
@@rjeazy-t4l they couldve complained like liverpool but they didnt. This just shows me that klopp is the only manager with a spine 🤣
Just bring FAYSAL guys. This guy knows some serious ball! :)
Respect
I’m a City fan but I still don’t understand why they can’t give the goal instead of a useless apology. I get that there are what ifs about what would happen if the goal was given but fuck the what ifs ‘cause the goal wasn’t a what if. Most frustrated I’ve been during a game 😑
Fuad talking about G. Jesus in that LCM role baffles me, when ESR is literally on the bench. I genuinely believe ESR deserves better and he should push for a transfer in January to a team like Newcastle. He'd be a great acquisition for the Magpies
We need @expression Oozing for once 👀 (love the pod btw)
Fuad the definition of a prem merchant, Dan burn locking up ousmane Dembele? Lollll
Newcastle smacked Villa, Brighton smacked Newcastle, and Villa smacked Brighton 😂 btw Douglas Luiz is underrated, he’s the main stay in that midfield. When I heard the Liverpool links in the summer 👀 I was definitely interested
Our best player by a mile guy is a joke
The thing is var isn’t just a computer making decisions it’s being used by a ref so there will always be human error even with var
Yes, but it shouldn’t Matter
@@sindrehagen1624but it does
I’m actually vexed how most people think the Jones red card was fair.
Fu Izzy is becoming a fan favourite, sad that he's not here
2:11:48 that line my Fuad out of context is nuts
The error was crazy it’s gotta be taken the furthest it can go to prevent anybody else from going through it.
Jesus could play that Bobby Firmino role as the false 9 very well
That tune from Starz about United is catchy as fuck 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 MAN UTD I LOVE WATCHING EM LOSE!
Always spurs tho. Remember when Romero pulled Cucurellas hair
Haseeb looks like Broja
Appreciate the Broja ratings today
This is going to be exciting as a Spurs fan
I'm sorry, but Tottenham were finished if the Diaz goal counted. Tottenham fans are high if they think they would've done anything after that. Liverpool would've scored again before half time 100%.
LOL what a bunch of bullshit. Spurs are one of the best in the league at getting points from being behind in a match.
@@Adtrevino37 They aren't as good as Liverpool though. They were not going to win.
i do think it makes sense to pay liverpool for the mistake, if liverpool for example lose out on a place in the league by a point or 2 they’ll get paid a few hundred thousand or even millions less
loved the insight from the lads as a liverpool fan
as for the consequences personally someone needs to be sacked
I’ve said it for a while. Mbappe. Vini. Haaland. In that order. Haaland is the worlds next Lewa/Suarez/Zlatan. But not the next Ronaldo/Messi
we need more camera angle in these stadiums
Can you get rid of the Fenerbahçe scarf and put Galatasaray one we are doing way better then them 🙈
21:38 Can people stop pretending the Diaz decision was the only howler in the game? There was 4-5 absolutely horrendous calls which would’ve all single-handedly changed the game in ways nobody knows. The Diaz call was just the worst out of the lot, but let’s not push all the other bad decisions aside and make it out like us Liverpool fans are only upset about 1 decision when there was a handful.
@@mxhdd_6 go specsavers lad 😂
They need to have coaches challenges in football just like in the nba and nfl it helps a lot
Forest Gump does not represent the Forest fan base at all
Fuad had a HOWLER
that Spurs fan is so biased claiming the luis diaz goal didn’t determine the outcome of the game.
once you take away the goal the integrity of the game is gone.
