    It’s strange how it feels like there is tension between the parents. It’s very subtle, but it feels like there’s subtext with how the parents will interrupt each other, or how the mom will scold the husband in little ways.

      I've been in. I.T. full time since 2003 and speaking from experience, knowing this type of end user, they accidentally put the taskbar on the right side and can't figure out f how to put it back, so they just said fuck it and left it be. Lmfao

    Oddly enough, I kinda miss the old days of Windows 95 and the fat, boxy systems it ran on. Brings back good memories of when multimedia was new, and programs like Compton's Interactive Encyclopedia were all the rage. Aaaahh...but damn, how many icons does this family need???

      MusicMan11 I remember it definitely🙄 first off the windows crashed every 5 minutes and nothing worked without proprietary software and there was no question about were the money went as soon as the phone bill came 😮 I once had a dialup server to hold application working as a freelance accountant and my bill was $89 a month.

      Well, the old days of Microcomputers, most of them have RF switches so you could just use a TV as a monitor such as the Commodore 64, ZX Spectrum (UK obviously), Atari 400 and 800 and so on. I am sure in the 90's you could buy a card that plugged into your PC that allowed you to output to a TV...

    I can only assume this was filmed at the same time as The Kid's Guide to The Internet. The Kid's Guide starts with "welcome back, it's us, the Jamisons", but the music was CLEARLY designed for the Kid's Guide, and they just had the singer adapt it for this video.

    The 1996 version of The Kids' Guide To The Internet is like getting Minecraft Lite instead of the full game (sorry that's old! 😂😂😂) The 1997 version of this is so much better.
