Oakmont Folding Door Installation- Double Door (with Magnets)

If you're installing double doors and you need to use two tracks put the cut side toward the sides and use the finished clean uncut sides two butt in the center, this gives you a better alignment and almost looks like one track

I need to move and reuse these doors. How do you get the side channels detached from the little plastic side anchors? Do you just pry them off?
