I’ve been using catalyst cases since iPhone 10 because I’m a tradesman and work in the elements. They work perfectly in terms of being waterproof and drop protection. My only complaint i wear out the front screen (it gets all scratched up) and have to buy a new case every 8-12 months.

Is material on the sides of the case made of Silicone or a type of grippy Rubber?

i wouldn’t say it’s rubber, closer to a TPU material

Feels pretty similar to the bare iphone, the matte feel isn’t slippery at all
