Ciclo “Romancero Talks 2: Episodios Nacionales 1”: Jorge Gárriz entrevista a Sabina Urraca
La segunda edición de “Romancero Talks” presenta un ciclo de 10 charlas en línea a partir de la colección “Episodios Nacionales”, de la editorial Lengua de Trapo, con periodicidad mensual, desde el mes de abril de 2022. Siguiendo la estela marcada por Galdós en el siglo XIX, cuando escribió la serie “Episodios Nacionales” sobre la historia de España, este ciclo ha tomado inspiración en dicha serie para hablar de la contemporaneidad española, de sus últimos 40 años centrándose en una serie de hechos históricos; las bombas del 11M y el fin de la ilusión aznarista, la Gira por Andalucía que unió a los artistas flamencos más importantes en la defensa del Estatuto de Autonomía andaluz en 1980, el 15M y la ocupación del Hotel Madrid, las Olimpiadas de 1992 o los atentados de las Ramblas.
La primera entrega gira en torno al libro Soñé con la chica que robaba un caballo, de Sabina Urraca.

The second edition of "Romancero Talks" presents a series of 10 online talks from the "Episodes Nacionales" collection, published by the Lengua de Trapo publishing house, on a monthly basis, starting in April 2022
Following in the footsteps of Galdós in the 19th-century when he wrote the series Episodios Nacionales about the history of Spain, Lengua de Trapo has taken inspiration from this series to talk about contemporary Spain over the last 40 years. The series is focused on historical events such as the 11M bombs and the end of the Aznar illusion, the tour of Andalusia that united the most important flamenco artists in the defence of the Andalusian Statute of Autonomy in 1980, the 15M and the occupation of the Hotel Madrid, the 1992 Olympics and the attacks on the Ramblas. These books have been written in different formats, styles and genres, allowing the authors to propose their own particular reading of a recent event in the sentimental and cultural history of Spain.
This new series opens with the first book of the collection written by Sabina Urraca and titled Soñé con la chica que robaba un caballo.
