I will say I have noticed over the years that certain foods are cheap for a while, then increase in price, then go back down again, I.e. nuts at costco
I’m not sure if you guys have been there, I know it’s more of an upscale kind of store kinda a mix between Trader Joe’s & Whole Foods, probably not a bad idea to maybe consider a video just to see what that place looks like in terms of pricing and quality and there is one in your area and that is The Fresh Market, I’ve been in a couple TFMs during my travels, nice stores though, they have a lot of prepared foods and high quality meats.

Love Trader Joe’s. Next time your at Costco check out the baby romaine lettuce. It’s very good and I think you waste less.

My closest TJs is an hour or more away. I make monthly trips but there was such a line I turned around.
I noticed the last time I went in that a few things I always get had went up in price by about 20-50 cents.
