Hello Daniel, can brush be rotated while rotating pen? or set the scroll dial on remote to do the brush rotation?

Yes it can, you can use 'pen tilt' in the settings to control the angle that it meets the screen :)

I had this tablet but I exchanged it for huion kamvas pro 13 QHD one because it was too heavy to have on my lap but the textured screen with felt nib feels way slippier on huion than it was on xp pen so I'm regretting it. I need as much control I can.

My neck hurt seeing those tiny legs.
Seems like you would have to have a stand that not only tilts more but can extend up. Otherwise ypu pretty much have to sit up but look down with your eyes to avoid neck strain. I can see this more as a tablet you use sitting back on the couch ot park bench connected to a laptop. Not as a primary desktop tablet.
The 8 nibs included AND the paper feel of the screen tells me that the nibs will get worn down. Its a common complaint with modern Wacom products. Easily fixed if these companies gave consumers the option of textured or smooth. If you're saving money on nibs I think the asmr of drawing doesnt matter as much. Especially if its students and people on a budget who will get these smaller displays.

Completely smooth tablets are very difficult to draw on, because theyre too slippery. The texture provides essential friction for pen control.
The tips don't get worn down as fast as you think and they're very cheap to replace. And the included 8 tips will last for a long time.
