Guys love your vids they are fab and I have really enjoyed your recipes, sanitising the basket, you need to look what the contact time of the sanitizer is, this is the time you have to leave the sanitizer on to reduce any bacteria to a safe level, this could be anything from 1-15 minutes, it should state it on the bottle, the most important bit to sanitize is the handle, as that is what you touch firstly, but great inside the basket too as all your products you will touch are going in there:-) Apologies, I'm going out tomoz to actually get a life lol best wishes and keep up the great work xx
