Best log ride and rapids ride I’ve ever experienced.
And I loved that Klugheim tavern.
you prolly dont give a shit but if you're bored like me during the covid times you can watch pretty much all of the new movies on InstaFlixxer. Been binge watching with my gf recently =)
@Westin Rohan yup, I've been watching on instaflixxer for since november myself =)
@@westinrohan104 I hate your spam and your sock puppet spammers that always follow along. Re-examine your life if this is what you’re reduced to.
What we heard the whole area of Klugheim costed 40 million euro’s. As speculation says Phantasialand got Taron with discount because of the bad relatability and troubled opening of Chiapas had in the first year. Both were build by Intamin.
Awesome post ! Can’t wait to travel there Many thanks
Thank you for telling me about Pirates 4d, I laughed my butt off the entire film
Looks like such an amazing theme park, such detail , but would definitely avoid those Slushy machines and cakes 👍👍🤣🤣🍺🍺
Oh we love this place, I’m so excited to watch this
In Chiapas, you have to put your feet in the groove on the sides.
" we go drinking there once a week " hilarious
PHL has some issues with crowds, just because it is that landlocked. Around the Park is a Highway(Autobahn) a Nature reserve and residential areas. They had to change the layout of the splash battle at 13:27, so you can't splash each other anymore, because they had A LOT of lawsuits by the residents. Obviously people/Kids will be loud when they have fun. That's also the reason why all coasters are sounded by walls/ground. The Rockwork around Taron is a noise barrier, Black Mamba is 2/3 underground, because of the noise. The Other coaster are indoor, because of the noise. The Free Fall Tower is enclosed... you guessed it, because of the noise. In the 80/90 they started to have that Issue, and they figured when they have to make those noise barriers anyway, at least make them pretty. So they did.
32:10 According to the Quick Pass Issue, they will add Taron for example with next year, when F.L.Y. will be opened. But it seems that they don't want to do too much in that direction. Which is fine in my opinion. The park is full, and will be full. Such a system will just lead to longer waits for everyone else, and when you have to wait 90mins(normal wait time on a busy day for Taron) and you have your people who will use it multiple times in a row, everyone else will wait maybe 150mins(they will close the entrance at a certain time) But as compensation they offer an ERT on Taron for hotel guests in most Months(I guess just July/August is excluded), which is included in your normal price. Those Quick passes are also not a thing in some Parks here in Germany (Hansa Park as example) and at the same time, there are Parks where basically everyone got them(Movie Park Germany) and Ohhh boy, the hate is real on German YT/Facebook against that park because of their policy. And in all fairness to PHL they operate all attractions pretty fast, they are on most days at capacity.
7:05 This is so true! That ride (and Temple of the Nighthawk before it got the VR overlay) were such a huge contrast with the rest of the park. Great to see they already upgraded the coaster, I hope they're planning something for the Hollywood ride too!
Edit: 34:55 I also completely agree on this, gorgeous park, but the operations could be better for a park with this quality of theming and rides. We arrived at 9am, which was the opening time on the website, but the rides didn't open until 10am, so we just had to hang around for an hour.
Great vlog guys, your channel is one of my favourite US theme park UA-cam channels ps they are not Bees 🐝 they are Wasps
I always go to the park in the off season it is really cool, you almost never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes, except for Taron and if you go in April you get a second ticket for free for the late season. Once they allowed me to stay seated at black mamba 3 times in a row.. can’t recommend it though, I was really dizzy afterwards...
Fantastic park
my advice: when going phl try the bamboo evening asia buffet after visiting the park. lunch snack I would eat at Rutmor or Heisser Baldur. For sweet and dessert the chocolate fruits at berlin arcade where the great waiting time screen is...
I can't wait to go here one day! It's definitely on my list
I went over two non-weekend days in July (2019) and didn’t experience the frustrations you did. I mean, in general I am very frustrated by the park hours in Europe that cater to employees and not guests, but once I put Phantasialand on my list of two-day parks (along with Efteling and Europa), I was able to enjoy it to the max.
How busy was it when you were there?
In the Loop On the first day, several things had long lines:
30 min for Winjas
30 min for The VR ride
An hour for the rapids ride
But I got there early and was the first on Chiapas, and I used the single rider line for Taron (avg. 5 min).
On the second day, it was less crowded for some reason. Essentially, by the middle of the second day I had done every ride in the park, and two shows, and several re-rides. So then I just marathoned Taron through the single-rider line - 22 rides.
@@StamfordBridge Fif not know that there was a single rider line on Taron. Next time I got there I will definitely have to marathon that.
17:11 I never seen a funhouse like this, I been to usual fun houses at fairs and carnivals, but never seen anything like this.
Thank you for the video and commentary! If you were going to go in early June how long would you spend at the park, 1 day or 2? Thank You!
1 day if you don't need to the see the shows and are willing to buy a skip the line pass
21:52 The usual mirror maze
5:30초에 롤러코스터 타보고 싶어요
Black Mamba? Rough? Damn
I'm going here next year.
Propably not anymore :D
Yeah probably because of what's going on with the entire world right now. I made this comment in December so I didn't know.
7:30 Wes Anderson the ride
Which is better: Europa, Phantasialand, or Efteling?
I haven't been to Europa, but prefer Efteling over Phantasialand
You HAVE to go to Europa! It gives Disney Sea a run for its money.
For me, those are the three best parks I’ve experienced in Europe (out of 20 at the moment). And for me it would be really hard to pick, especially between PL and EP, but I’d go 1. Phantasialand; 2. Europa; 3. Efteling. But it’s so hard to say.
Did you really just say that? Way to ruin a perfectly good comment stream.
Having just been to all three I rank them: 1. Europa (huge park and multiple star coasters) 2. Phantasialand (lots of unique rides) 3. Efteling (a great park, but not enough big coasters)
taron over fury 325 i find that hard to believe
I would take Taron over Fury. Taron is in the amazing setting, Fury is in a field next to a parking lot. Don’t get me wrong I love some Fury 325, but Taron gets the nod for me
Taron is slightly more forceful than Cheetah Hunt and has better visuals. Not a top-10 ride for me.
i dont like crazy bats at all. the capicity is very bad. at temple of the night hawk they used 3/4 trains. now only 2. the vr glasses are very painfull on the nose. and crazy bats doesnt fit wuze town at all. crazy bats also looks very cheap. there are already a lot of broken things in the queue. the beautiful temple of the night hawk soundtrack is also gone...
Royan I couldn’t agree more!
33:49 The reason they close rides early is probably not because of the staff, but to enforce quiet times because of the complaining residents who have been fighting the park for decades. These complaining residents are also the main reason why the park does not get any expansion areas.
Hate to be that guy... But that's not a pizza... Gotta say you got lucky with crowd there. It can get crazy on peek season. I once waited three hours on Taron... Not good I tell ya
Not to be that that guy, but I went for two days in July, and on the second day I got 22 rides on Taron with just the single-rider line.
