I don’t know how much use I will get out of it but I’ve been saying they should do something like this for years
I miss my parents linear tv, it’s kinda comforting to not have to 100% pay attention to what you’re picking.
Same, we used to have direct about 2 years ago (it ended up cheaper to do internet and a service rather than satellite) and personally I miss it. I miss the feeling of waiting a week for a new episode Saturday at nine, the thoughtless tv, and the excitement when things air.

Considering the rumor of a free Disney+ version offer to combat against Tubi having better numbers (don't ask me about it. I don't know much or not true or false it all is), this would be a good idea for the free version. And have it be a test for how it could work other ways with the paid for versions.

This is one of the good things that free ad services like pluto and to a lesser extent IPTV services already does quite well in 24/7 channels. Disney already got the content there in their ecosystem to do this in D+ and that'll boost their subs to a new level. Just imagine having shows with 24/7 channels like 24 and homeland.
Been hoping something like this would happen. Back in the day, I was wanting a superhero or comic book shows channel.
Fingers crossed we get a Buffy and Angel channel. I’d love to have a Smallville channel since that show is on Hulu but it may be heading to Max once the contract expires.
Maybe a Doctor Who channel. I know we have that on Tubi but I could see Disney making a deal to have it there too, especially once Ncuti starts his run officially.

Just to give an example of what that could be.
What about a 24/7 “Mickey Mouse Club” channel where it will focus on three different incarnations like the original from 1955-59, the syndicated version from 1977-78 and the Disney Channel version from 1989-95, and then, another 24/7 channel dedicated to the “Wonderful World of Disney” where it features episodes from Disney weekly TV shows from the 1960’s through the 1980’s. I really like to see that.

Why no princess channel or royalty channel with princess bride

They have such valuable products, across the company, that they could nearly make a channel option for everything on the app.
Pluto has super success, so I believe Disney plus can add channels
They can take content that is gone also and add as a channel to stream 24/7 with ads. So movies tv shows etc can become more revenue for Disney. Also add Disney channel etc. PS in Norway we still have all the Disney channels. I believe its still hot over here
I hope this is going to happen if the password sharing crackdown takes place later this year. Disney+ will add new 24/7 channels for free which is a good idea, just like they did with PlutoTV, Freevee and Tubi.
They should stream these channels through Internet tv providers. Increase advertising and revenue.

A 24/7 MCU channel that would not just feature the movies but also the MCU series that are on Disney+ like Loki, Hawkeye, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law and Ms. Marvel
I think the strategy is three channels, a Marvel Channel, a Marvel Movie Channel, and a Marvel Animation channel

This might've been needed for a longtime. But I would love it if Disney+ added in more anime shows. I would love to watch season 2 of Reincarnated As A Slime on Disney+.
I not sure I will use fast channels like unless i can find it on D+ i barely use prime, samsung or Pluto fast

I’d love a Disney Channel by years channel so everything isn’t scrambled into one.
If there’s a 24/7 Simpsons channel and a 24/7 Family Guy channel I would be screwed not just because I love both show but I would probably never leave home I might say to myself “I’ll watch one more episode then I’ll go out” but then I watch another 8 or 10 episodes and I still haven’t gone out
When will this happen?
Well Disney already have a fair number of Cable Channels that they own or have closed over the years. So they could start by recycling some of those names for Disney+

Can I ask, why is disney plus not putting on any content on Friday that much anymore, and whys it usually on Wednesday and Friday they normally update the app with content, there's other days of week, the only show that's broke that cycle is Shōgun that's why I find disney app kind of basic, netflix is a lot more consistent
Hi my name is Scott I watch your channel off and on and I'm not too sure about the live streaming on Disney plus I think it's a good idea I I don't know if it's going to be live shows of Disney shows it might walk but if if the gun show other shows too then I don't know anyway I like your stuff when I watch it have a good😅
