Those are some really nice improvements to the pigments sequencer - i particularly like the scale note probability settings. BTW.. Motif is pronounced like 'Mo-teeef'. Looking forward to watching more of your content.
Hiya Jannis, question: if you want a 16 note sequence but the second time it plays the sequence you have slight adjustments but always the same adjustments the second time. How would you approach this? Right now I just load in two midi tracks with two sequences right after each other, but there must be another way id assume.
Hmm. I mean yes, the sequence can only have 16 steps, so any longer duration needs workarounds like the one you shared. You can experiment though with the rate divider- if some steps move at half speed or even 1/4 speed, there can be different types of movement over a longer cycle. Or if the sequence is somewhat symmetrical, the play mode can be changed to back and forth, so it runs back to the beginning once the sequence has played through the cycle. Maybe this helps.

This was excellent! Great job. Thank you.
Thank you, so glad you liked it 😊
I’ve been holding off on getting pigments, thus generative platform changed my mind. Thanks!
I think it has great features compared to other plugins and might be the only synth plugin you ever need.
Cool and nicely explained. Cheers.
Thank you 💚
