They are newer and (most) of them have built-in gyms and swimming pools and/or a park. Because of these increased amenities, the rent is higher, you can expect to pay anywhere from 1700 to over 3000. Never go to Scarborough Centenary Hospital without a very severe reason because this hospital treats you like a prisoner by not having a lock on the washroom door. I have a heart condition and I am waiting for surgery and they stressed me out by trying to argue with me and make up their own rules and make up their own doctor orders that were not even ordered by a doctor. It was freezing cold all night. The medical procedure I had done was ok though. No good hospital to stay though.
