Sector does work as long as the building style theme is the same... I don't know what else you would use lol

Yeah no each sector / area is meant to look very different

Could you use the word zone. Zone 1 industrial zone? In city planning they call it “zoning” but then use the term area when naming, residential area. Larger cities might use districts?

wait that's weird I thought I had replied to your message earlier... Zone is a great suggestion, thank you :) I had thought of using district, but the District + Number pattern felt too close to Hunger Games to me. But thanks for the suggestions buddy :)
