I played a round with a 6.2 HC last week who hit it a mile. His stock shot was a draw. trouble was most didn't bend that day. I saw BOTH sides of that board when it came to bending the ball. When it did work it was a thing of beauty. I also saw the difference that being a 30 yr. elder makes...

I went out and whacked it solid earlier this week. I have to remember to rotate "around" my spine and not sway into the ball. And when I put the correct footwork in with it, it really works well. Question.....where do YOU focus your eyes when swinging the club? Recently, I have gotten good results focusing my eyes about 2" in front of the ball when swinging. Especially when chipping and pitching. That's where I expect the low point of my swing to be.

@@MyGolfDNA I hope my question wasn't out of line.

Sorry, we missed the question. I personally focus my left eye on the back of the ball. I am lead eye dominant and I generally create too much secondary spine tilt as a result, so this helps me. Your question(s) are never out of line. My apologies for missing it.

Is this applicable to all clubs in the bag? Thanks, well explained!

Sure, just keep an eye on overdoing it and getting too shallow. We want to hit down on everything else as you well know. So, give it a shot and se if it helps you feel what you need to feel with the other clubs. Hope you're great!

Upper body seems too upright to hit a high draw

I can assure you, he draws on command. We will put tracers on the next time and show the path data from flightscope. I am going to work on getting him a fraction more tilt to create a degree or 2 more on the AOA.
