I can't believe I came across this. My mom retired from a Walmart in Springfield Oregon. But this man seems and looks really nice and pleasant and actually seems to care about individuals that work. Which seems a little different after my mom pageant wear hats at Walmart for years but the last two years she worked there maybe it was three. That she said that management has changed at the way that they did tears changed. It seemed a confusing to her and it seemed frustrating not just to her but to other workers as well. Some days I would come in there shopping and she didn't know it and I would see her working and another area outside of her usual one working hard if not harder than I've ever seen people that were younger than her work in the produce section especially for Her age , she was 66 years old. But it seemed like she felt like she didn't get the recognition that she did 3 years before that.
