KETO!!! First of all!! I am a huge fan of you both!! My boyfriend is on Keto. For a salty snack he loves cashews, oven roasted with curry powder and sea salt. I just toss the cashews with a little olive oil, sea salt, and curry powder. Sometimes I add a dash of cayenne pepper if I’m feeling sassy! For a sweet snack, I make little coconut macaroon fat bombs. I mix unsweetened shredded coconut, with some sweetener, egg whites, vanilla, and a little cinnamon. I then bake them until golden brown! Both the curry cashews and macaroons are satisfying and delicious! Please let me know if you’d like me to share any more recipes in detail! ❤️❤️❤️

So with keto I like to snack on pork rinds dipped in spinach and artichoke dip. Olives are good. Pinterest has TONS of homemade snacks. Cheese sticks are also really great. I highly recommend looking up the low carb almond joys on Pinterest. They are amazing and you don’t have to use artificial sweeteners.

I literally just watched Sleepover on youtube bc it was in my suggestions and I looked Alexa up bc I was like waittt what do I know her from and then found out it was from Spy Kids and then I saw pics of her and Carlos and I was like waittt Carlos from Big Time Rush??!! Then I looked them up and here I am. Mindblown.
I snack on raw carrots, celery, chicken breaded in cauliflower and I dip it in buffalo sauce which has 1 gram of sugar, as well I snack on gluten free pretzels, I also like baked potatoes with paprika, pepper and a sprinkle of salt, as well for dessert sugar free chocolate covered dates, with sugar free peanut butter and toasted almonds!!! Also there's peanut butter cups sugar free from Wal-Mart🤗
