Jelle Posthuma are you overclocking any of your components? Someone else had your issue in a different video. He concluded it was because of AMD not being optimized. I'd look to see if you need to update any drivers for the GPU if applicable. I can take a look into it. I have a Ryzen 5 1600 and a RX 580 8gb. I can certainly run some tests and get back to you.
I just checked that out and I am getting averages around 50... You and I are on the same boat. I would have to say that it's not optimized for radeon cards. My GTX 1060 has no issue with this game. Granted it is the top of the line 1060.
