- We spent the weekend at the Malaysia Diecast Expo over at KL and boy oh boy, it was an absolute disaster. We barely managed to get the exclusives and furthermore, the queue was horrendous. It was a nice event as we met many of our friends from all around the world, but the event was otherwise a disappointment.

agreed. once the doors were opened everyone just rushed in and it was unfair for those who took queue numbers to queue up. once i entered i immediately gave up on queuing for the kaidohouse and the mini gt exclusives because it was so packed that i cant even see the booth themselves 💀 i went for the inno64 and poprace booth and i was still standing in line at the same spot after more than 45 minutes.

@etcarief ahhhh. I suppose those with media pass could enter early and the general q just went with them.
Cons :
- Event organizer underestimated by how many of us collectors both locals and internationals that are coming to the event
- Short staffed and poor execution of crowd control
- Too many exclusives with little amount of it
- Some cars sell as set instead of choices whether to buy it as one or bundle
- The flow of the event are bad

I personally just wanted a saga. Bcoz i am proudly using saga LMST 07 for 17 years so hence hot wheels selling Saga i just wanted to buy one, i am terrified a RM7.20 car selling to RM70 and the foc birthdat card for Ram630.
Damn. I done with buyers that only intention to sell it high. When ever there is demand peole now with able to sell on FB market place or shopee just making profit out of thin air. Yes, i am so done with all this pure stupid. Despite the lovely car i lost interest to Collect this tiny stupid collectible ! As well as lego, Pokemon card, and etc yang sama waktu denganya. All just so stupid to the damn core because need to spend huge fucking money to be able to collect them all.
I understand your frustration bro! And that’s exactly what we want to address as well! It’s time to change this hobby because now it’s becoming more of a business than something that we do to make us happy
