$150k for such a simple renovation is not justified. The design is simple but not very unique considering how many Japanese inspired-homes are out there and these designs are usually minialistic by nature. Makes no sense for renovation to cost that much
Why don't u guys make a video of the recent complains about high hawker food prices. Especially the economy rice stalls. Buy the same dishes and compare the serving size and price.
