“to ri a e zu" means what? I can't infer its meaning from the context of the Japanese drama I watched yesterday..... 😢

とりあえず means “for now” or “anyway”.
例)とりあえず、ビールで🍺 I will take a beer for now. 😁
とりあえず、家に帰ったら電話するね。Anyway, I’ll call you when I get home.
