Wish there was law doubly punishing the agencies officers when proven there was malicious or political witch hunt.
Our judiciary standards will go down unless and until many are sacked from their job. When there is nothing to loose who will be scared of the high court's.

What stirred the violence in Manipur? It was HC judgement on ST status that led to violence while some anti social elements have taken advantage of the situation to further their own nefarious agenda. Now violence have got out of control and many innocents have lost their lives and property.

If men are equal why don't all have equal pay, equal access to infrastructures, equal quality of education, why some men are urinated on, why some Gods are more important than others and all the other social ills? This are the shortcomings which the constitution tries to address and unless the entire country develops for the benefit of all its citizens, a country where the filthy rich and the influencial cannot bend the rules for its benefit these setup will remain and should remain.
Who will control such type of SC judges, who second times issued special interim bail without asking. Kejriwal is holding Rs. 100 crores with him in Sharab Kand, a real fact, and the connection should be proved. President of India should take note of such type of judges and block their promotions. The system of appointment of judges through Collegium system should be stopped immediately. These judges cannot escape easily only by criticising govt agencies like CBI or ED for their favouring decisions as has become fashion these days. The hard fact, CJI Chandrachood also speaks the same lines.
The public wants to know exactly what are the functions of ED and CBI. We citizens are living in a constant state of undeclared emergency .
Do we need to celebrate a day for emergency. Journalists Social workers , students are in jail and rapists , murders , go scot free, without being tried.
It is better not to have CBI or ED investigation agencies in India. Then SC or opposition can do what they like?
सुप्रीम कोठा हमेशा हाई प्रोफाइल मामलों को महत्व देता है, उसे लगता है बाकी के हजारों गरीब लोगों का मामला जानवरों का मामला हैं, जिनके लिए आजादी के कोई नियम नहीं हैं। जजों को लगता है कि गरीबों के मामलों को प्राथमिकता देना उनकी गरिमा का सवाल है।
मौजूदा राष्ट्रपति ने ट्रायल कोर्ट में गरीबों के मामलों में देरी पर भी चिंता जताई है।
"How Can" is the question that public is not permitted to ask any Court. Advocates with their hefty fee are not God's men. Naturally Law may prevail, but Justice goes for a toss.
If the law is clear, why dowe have advocates? Are our judges illiterate?
